As stated in this mornings watchlist commentary, a Stop Loss should be set to defend gains in the event the FED testimony caused a sharp downturn in price actions. Price action dropped hitting a stop limit at 314.76 which was set at 50% of the total gain from yesterday. Total gain for 1 day is 0.71%. Markets could bounce back this afternoon, but the goal is to preserve gains and prevent losses. A stop loss was set to preserve a gain as the Stochastic experienced a negative crossover and the RSI is trending lower toward the 50 level. This provided a 1.04% gain in five days which if annualized would provide us with about a 58% gain assuming 280 trading days / year.
