[Platinum Sell Alerts] (3.23.23) 3 Stock Sell Alerts with more than $650 in profit

Sell LLY (1/2 position) – $334.59

LLY has failed to move above the descending 50-day SMA for 5 days in a row. Also, the RSI started to rollover which can be a precursor to a MACD rollover. Yesterday we set a sell limit at this level, and it hit. Today, the same sell order was hit again. Today’s gain was 3.19% or $516.50 in 9 days on 1/2 of the original position.   

Sell CPB – $53.59 

CPB has been bouncing off the support level of $53.59 for several days. As you know support can become resistance and this is what I’m seeing so a stop limit was set at this level, and it executed. We also see a negative rollover of the Stochastic with a descending, but still positive MACD. Exiting this trade after 7 days yielded the paper trade portfolio .68% or $36.00.  

Sell SLV – $21.27 

SLV has had a nice run up and is quickly approaching a resistance level of 21.31 as noted in this morning’s Watchlist commentary. I’m also seeing a slight negative rollover of the Stochastic, which usually (but not always) follows with a MACD reversal. SLV can be quite volatile, and the SS is telling me not to be greedy, so we exited the position with a 6.35% gain or $127.00 in 9 days.   

My trading style is risk adverse and with current market conditions I have no problem taking a profit while waiting for the next set-up. More risk adverse traders may choose to remain in these positions.
