[Platinum Watchlist] (4.11.23) 3 Stocks on the Horizon list

we are expecting speeches from three FED Presidents today ahead of the CPI and PPI reports released Wednesday and Thursday, respectively.   

There are no real set-ups that excite me at this time so I’m planning on managing the current portfolio today and monitoring the Horizons List.  

The Horizons Stock List doesn’t have any securities that meet all of my trading guidelines at this moment, however there are 3 stocks that meet every guideline except they are trading below the 200-day SMA.   

These stocks are ALL, NEE & CNC. Many swing traders who have a higher risk tolerance level, will often trade when price action is below the 200-day SMA as long as the rest of the parameters within their trading guidelines are maintained. 

For a swing trader, a stock trading below its 200-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) may be a bearish signal, indicating a potential downtrend or a negative market sentiment for that stock.  If swing trading below the 200-day SMA, make sure you have tight stop limits to reduce potential downside loss in case the trade doesn’t go your way
