Good morning. 

It’s day #2 of the Powell testimony in front of Congress. The futures are down again this morning. Let’s look at the portfolio:

PG closed above cost basis finding resistance at the upper Bollinger band. There is a slight crossover of the Stochastic. Support can be found at the 20. Set stops above cost basis to protect your gains. This position is providing a $0.99 / share gain to the portfolio as of yesterday’s close. 

RE close just above cost basis at support around the 20-day EMA. The RSI is just below 50 but the MACD and Stochastic are rising. Resistance will be at the upper Bollinger band and then the 50-day SMA. This position is providing a $0.82 / share gain to the portfolio as of yesterday’s close. 

ATVI closed below cost basis at the 9-day SMA support level. There is a rollover of the Stochastic. Resistance will be seen at cost basis and then the upper Bolinger band. This position is providing a $0.96 / share loss to the portfolio as of yesterday’s close. 

KO closed above cost basis and support at the 20-day EMA. Resistance has been the upper Bollinger band. There is a slight negative crossover of the Stochastic. The 9-day SMA is about to show a golden cross above the 200-day SMA which is seen as bullish. This position is providing a $0.29 / share gain to the portfolio as of yesterday’s close. 

ABT closed down yesterday after hitting resistance at the 50-day SMA. Support is found at the 200-day SMA which is below the current cost basis.  This position is providing a $0.36 / share gain to the portfolio as of yesterday’s close. 

Today’s Market conditions remain choppy with Powell speaking in the Senate. Be patient, set your stops to defend your gains and reduce potential losses. MRK was added to the Horizons list this morning.
